These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1xwin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1xwin online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, account services, PKR payment processing, promotional offers, and any other features available on the platform.

By accessing the 1xwin platform, creating an account, depositing Pakistani Rupee (PKR) funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. To be eligible to register and maintain a 1xwin account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties).
• You are accessing and using the platform in a capacity that is permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had a 1xwin account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of 1xwin, or an immediate family member of such a person.

1xwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Age verification is conducted using Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification documents. Accounts that cannot satisfy age verification requirements will be suspended pending review, and any PKR balance will be held until the matter is resolved in accordance with applicable procedures.

To access the full range of 1xwin services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and PKR payment functionality — you must register a personal account on the platform. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other means, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number or email address, and any other details requested at the time. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point after registration.

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your 1xwin PKR account, you will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (both sides) or valid Pakistani passport.
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name and mobile number).
• Any additional documentation requested by 1xwin's compliance team.

1xwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account that provides false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, or that fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 1xwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 1xwin account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is considered to have been authorised by you unless and until you report a security breach to 1xwin support. 1xwin will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

1xwin will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your account password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 1xwin that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All financial transactions on the 1xwin platform are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). 1xwin supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistan-based players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT (TRC20 network). Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 1xwin PKR account within minutes of the mobile wallet confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your banking provider's processing times. 1xwin does not control third-party processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to your payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by 1xwin's payments team and are typically processed within one (1) business day following successful KYC verification. 1xwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above standard thresholds.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. 1xwin will clearly disclose any platform-level processing fees in the payment section of your account at the time of the transaction.

1xwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

General conditions applicable to all 1xwin bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as PKR.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds — exceeding these limits may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only eligible games count towards wagering requirement completion — contribution percentages vary by game type and are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Creating additional accounts to claim a bonus a second time is treated as bonus abuse.

1xwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has completed the associated wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account. Winnings derived from completed wagering prior to cancellation will be retained.

1xwin's compliance team monitors bonus activity continuously. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, using irregular bet patterns specifically designed to limit risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to trigger bonuses — will have the relevant bonus cancelled and may face account suspension.

All casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot slots, Royal Fishing, Diamond Empire, Cockfighting, and sports betting markets available on the 1xwin platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective certified game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering PKR funds.

1xwin sources its games from certified providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently tested and audited for fairness. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are those certified by the provider and are not modified at the platform level by 1xwin.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or game engine failures — any bets affected by the malfunction may be voided. 1xwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve such situations fairly, but accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical failures beyond 1xwin's direct control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xwin platform. Engaging in any of these activities — or attempting to do so — is grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of PKR balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets in lieu of genuine human interaction.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 1xwin platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or platform vulnerabilities — whether discovered intentionally or otherwise — for financial gain.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your 1xwin account.
• Providing false identity documents during the KYC verification process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you to deposit PKR funds.
• Attempting to reverse completed transactions through chargeback requests where the underlying transaction was conducted in good faith by 1xwin.
• Creating multiple 1xwin accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Engaging in any activity that 1xwin's compliance team reasonably determines to be designed to defraud the platform or other players.

The platform is not designed or intended as a financial instrument, a means of generating primary income, or a solution to financial difficulties.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the 1xwin platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any platform content; modifying or creating derivative works based on platform content; or using 1xwin's intellectual property for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation from 1xwin.

Unauthorised use of 1xwin's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xwin shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of PKR funds due to technical failure, unauthorised account access resulting from your own failure to maintain security, interrupted service due to maintenance or circumstances beyond 1xwin's control, or decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform.

1xwin's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 1xwin in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1xwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the platform at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge the 1xwin Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and your use of the platform is used for: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, PKR payment processing, and where you have provided consent, promotional communications. 1xwin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

1xwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 1xwin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 1xwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be subject to the internal dispute resolution process administered by 1xwin's compliance team as a first step. 1xwin aims to resolve all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Complex matters involving KYC, PKR withdrawal disputes, or account termination may require additional time, in which case 1xwin will communicate a revised estimated resolution timeline.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable to the jurisdiction of the licensing authority under which 1xwin operates. The language of arbitration shall be English.
